30-Day Return Policy

At ArtsGameRoom.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us – Email us at info@artsgameroom.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA).
2. Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Inspection & Refund – Once received, we will inspect the item. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-built or personalized items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
