Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed within 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time; specific timelines will be provided at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Flat-Rate Shipping
We keep it simple with a flat shipping rate on all orders:

• Flat Rate: $800
• Delivery Time: 4–8 business days after processing
• Shipping rates apply per order, regardless of weight or number of items.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package on our website or through the carrier’s tracking portal.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and finding a resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• International shipping is not available at this time.
