At Arts Game Room, we offer a simple flat-rate shipping policy to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers. Below are the details of our shipping process, including rates, estimated delivery times, and other essential information.
Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed within 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time; specific timelines will be provided at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Flat-Rate Shipping
We keep it simple with a flat shipping rate on all orders:
- Flat Rate: $800
- Delivery Time: 4–8 business days after processing
- Shipping rates apply per order, regardless of weight or number of items.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package on our website or through the carrier’s tracking portal.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and finding a resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- International shipping is not available at this time.

30-Day Return Policy
At ArtsGameRoom.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us – Email us at info@artsgameroom.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA).
- Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Refund – Once received, we will inspect the item. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
